Q: How many lawyer jokes are there?
A: Only three. The rest are true stories.

We admit it, many of us resemble these jokes conjured up by so many people who have shared similar experiences with their attorney. Over time it became normal to expect so little, yet pay so much, that these encounters were immortalized in jokes. Geraci Law Firm sees things differently. Some may call it common sense, but our clients are the reason we went to law school, the reason we have a business, and they should be treated much better.

Founding partners Anthony and Christina Geraci established the firm on two simple firm principals: to have competitive rates allowing everyone to afford the advice they need and to have attorneys who are always available to their clients.

Our attorney's take immense pride in their work, fulfilling a great deal of credits in continuing education seminars to ensure their compliance and competency, in addition to countless hours of legal research to ensure they stay ahead of the competition and are fully educated to take care of your legal needs. This practice ensures that our counsel maintain a fresh prospective on their specific industry. Stagnancy creates an environment not conducive to growth.

Our firm is currently located in Irvine, California, in the heart of Orange County’s business center and minutes away from the John Wayne Airport in Santa Ana.

Client’s Bill of Rights

You are entitled to be treated with courtesy and consideration at all times by your lawyer and the other lawyers and personnel in your lawyer’s office.

You are entitled to an attorney capable of handling your legal matter competently and diligently, in accordance with the highest standards of the profession.

If you are not satisfied with how your matter is being handled, you have the right to withdraw from the attorney-client relationship at any time (court approval may be required in some matters and your attorney may have a claim against you for the value of services rendered to you up to the point of discharge).
