Get To Know Me
Get To Know Me
We went on a family vacation to Disneyland with my wife, kids and my sister’s
family. It was a lot of fun and the kids had a blast!

Most prized possession
I listen to everything, and sometimes all at once. My music depends on
my mood. If I had to decide, I would go with Guns N Roses, Better Than
Ezra, Live and Immortal Technique
I love to read, play video games, and build legos with my kids.
Pulp Fiction, Eurotrip, and Shawshank Redemption

With a drink and a buddy trying to solve the world’s problems.
"Would you tell me, please, which way I ought to go from here?"
"That depends a good deal on where you want to get to," said the Cat.
"I don't much care where—" said Alice.
"Then it doesn't matter which way you go," said the Cat.
"—so long as I get SOMEWHERE," Alice added as an explanation.
"Oh, you're sure to do that," said the Cat, "if you
only walk long enough."
If you had one wish
I would wish to understand.
You’re on Survivor… what one item do you bring with you and why?
Duct tape and matches. Everything can be solved with those two items.
Q & A
As managing shareholder, what is your biggest focus?
I focus on the strategic vision and culture of the firm and the development
of our people. In that role, I lead our management team with the focus
of growing our firm to 100 attorneys and being, first, the largest regional
law firm, and then, the largest national law firm in the United States.
During this time, I coach our team members to be entrepreneurial, to solve
our clients problems and keep adding value every way they can.
What are you most proud of at Geraci?
I’m most proud of our people that tirelessly work for on behalf
of our clients for the firm. They stay up and think of ways to deliver
our clients peace of mind every time.
What is your proudest achievement?
My proudest achievement is how much Geraci has grown. We started the firm
10 years ago in a 120 square foot office and now we have 16 attorneys
with our sights set on 100.
Where do you see the firm going in the future? When I originally answered this question, we set out to create a consulting
and media division of the firm. As of this update, we have fully launched
both the consulting and media platforms as key components to the law firm.
Our consulting division is finding capital for our private lending clients
and our media division is dominating the conversation by offering 3 conferences
a year, and as of this print, rolling out a magazine with a July 2017 launch.
What can we learn from the past in our business? As a history major, I believe that history offers valuable lessons to
the present. Therefore, I think its biggest lesson teaches us that relationships
matter, and integrity is everything in business.
