Anthony F. Geraci
Managing Partner

Anthony is a leading expert in mortgage lending and securities law. He has designed mortgage funds and pools, national net branching agreements, and loan documentation sets for his clients. He also advises clients on the Truth-in-Lending Act, Real Estate Settlement and Procedures Act (RESPA), Equal Credit Opportunity Act, state licensing law and other areas as well.

Anthony is also a successful litigator. He has successfully argued before the United States Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit and has taken cases to both binding arbitration and to trial.

He is dedicated to serving his clients' needs in all areas of mortgage lending, securities, real estate and business law.

Anthony teamed up with other professionals in southern California to provide free information to the general public that would help them make informed decisions on their retirement. In order to maximize exposure to the presenters, class sizes are kept to a minimum of 25 attendees. These no-cost seminars are offered four times a year and are open to the public.

Partner
Christina L. Geraci is the senior partner in the estate planning and litigation departments of Geraci Law Firm, APC. Christina specializes in all aspects of litigation, including business litigation, bankruptcy, family law, and elder abuse. In addition, she advises individuals, families, and small businesses in financial planning, and estate planning matters.
Christina has a background in effectively and aggressively representing developers and residential and commercial builders in complex cases involving homeowner suits, sub-contractor suits, homeowner association suits, and municipal agencies involving land use issues.
