Josh Lazar
Josh has over twenty-five years experience as a litigator. Josh graduated from UCLA Law School, where he was on the Law Review, and began his career as an associate at Meserve, Mumper and Hughes, a prestigious law firm in Los Angeles. He left to become Director of Impact Litigation at Bet Tzedek Legal Services, where he was in charge of complex litigation. For many years he was in private practice, serving Of Counsel to boutique firms. More recently, he served as local counsel to Transatlanticlaw.com on issues relating to the Convention of Sale on International Goods. Josh has "first chair" state and federal trial experience to verdict (in Los Angeles and New York) in commercial cases in a wide variety of matters ranging from real estate contracts to UCC claims, commercial equipment leases, securities, copyright infringement, and violation of the Lanham Act. In one notable case which affected an estimated 50,000 Holocaust victims in the United States, Grunfeder v.
